The SAP Sales Operation Customer Experience for SAP CX Business is a member of the Global SAP CX Business Operations team.
In this role, you will provide ongoing support to the Regional SAP CX Line of Business leadership teams for all operational aspects such as driving the GTM and sales budget process, deploying the Franchise model, supporting the regular forecast cadence and providing ongoing and ad-hoc reports and analysis.
Strategic thinking, great communication skills, attention to detail and flawless execution are fundamental for this role.
The MEE Business Partner will be a self-starter with solid sales/program management and/or operations experience, enabling you to take on assignments at a senior level, with a proven ability to work in international cross-functional teams and to deliver high quality within deadlines.
Expectations and Tasks
I) Strategic skills & E2E Governance
- Drive GTM and budget planning for respective Business Areas and define operational business requirements. Align with GTM, Total Rewards, Controlling and Compensation teams to ensure consistent deployment of compensation and quota credit framework. Work with Sales management teams on consistent GTM execution; monitor progress
II) Focus on Sales Productivity
- Provide end-to-end operational support for the regional management teams, ensuring transparency on demand generation, pipeline, forecast, top deals, actuals and other KPIs
- Support the weekly bookings forecast and quarterly end race cadence – consolidate management calls, prepare a forecast and provide analysis and insight on key trends, risks and deviations.
- Prepare regular ad-hoc reports and analysis – translating data into insights and decisions.
III) Drive Sales Excellence
- Secure sponsorship and commitment from regional management teams to ensure consistent deployment of Sales Planning, Demand Management, Deal Execution, Forecasting and Performance Management in the Business Area. Drive transformation and coach the teams to reduce manual reports.
- Align with and leverage global/regional Operations and Controlling teams.
- Ensure consistent high data quality in all relevant systems
