What You'll Do
In the Cloud Renewals Center, our people and our culture are central to our success! The Cloud Renewals Specialist (CRS) demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to support the high volume of auto-renewal transactions globally for the Buying Centers supported by the Renewal Center. As a Cloud Renewal Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring your portfolio of renewals are scrubbed, price increase is applied, and the renewals are executed on time and without error quarter-over-quarter! You are responsible for understanding SAP’s renewal processes, SAP’s internal systems and transactional requirements to support commercial execution and revenue retention. Additionally, as a Customer Renewal Specialist, you will provide additional support as needed to the Customer Renewal Center’s (CRC) revenue programs and strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for representing SAP and the Customer Renewal Center to our internal customers (ie. Account Executives (AE), Customer Engagement Executives (CEE), Customer Success Partners (CSP), etc.) and will be empowered to know all internal process-related phases of renewals. We promote a culture of open dialogue and continuous improvement; in this role we encourage you to voice your feedback to drive improvements within the business.
Key Qualifications:
- Highly knowledgeable in SAP CRM & Harmony Quote functionality (Opportunity & Quote).
- Knowledgeable in reviewing SAP Contracts and how to access via the Contract Management System.
- Knowledgeable in SAP’s Price Increase Policy.
- Knowledgeable in forecasting principles, methodologies, and triggers.
- Liaise with order management to ensure renewal booking & invoicing across renewal volume business.
- Knowledgeable in renewal metrics, including uplift, upsell, cross-sell, etc. and how to accurately influence these metrics via SAP CRM/HQ in accordance with Cloud Bookings policies.
- Knowledgeable in regional specific process requirements.
- Knowledgeable in regional deal support structures and relationships with/ability to influence these teams.
- Able to liaise with various approval steps including rev rec, finance, office of CFO, legal, etc.
Who You Are
- Experienced in a customer service, sales, account management or equivalent role.
- Proven ability to influence and build rapport and relationships.
- Able to work through multiple SAP commercial software systems (ie. CRM, Harmony Quote, Cloud Reporting, Contract Management System, etc.)
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks while being process oriented.
- Can communicate clearly both orally and in written form.
German & Spanish languages needed!!
