What you will do
Position title: Americas Graphic Designer – Early Career Talent
Location: Peru – Hybrid work set-up (Remote and office when required)
Duration: Temporary up to 1 year
Role Description
The mission of the graphic designer is to communicate the SAP Voice to current and potential customers in order to achieve and exceed regional/business unit revenue goals. The position requires an understanding of company solutions and services and the ability to convey them graphically in sales deliverables. The graphic designer should exhibit creative thinking through his/her designs, while understanding and adhering to corporate branding standards. The designer should be able to manage the project from start to finish while balancing workload, production, while interacting with proposal managers, executives, and colleagues in the field. Structured within the Customer Success Board Area and Revenue Operations, Global Graphic Services are a team of professional designers aligned to support the Global sales field.
Our team is comprised of 12 design professionals spanning across the globe.
Job Responsibilities
Create compelling deliverables:
- Responsible for graphically conveying executive messaging (at the senior executive level), story development, and competitive positioning within deliverables in order to persuade and win new business.
- Design and produce:
- Executive sales and presentation support
- Customer-specific meeting materials: trifolds, brochures, posters, …
- PowerPoint presentations and display materials for customer visits
- Events materials: posters, agendas, banners, postcards, …
- Social media graphics: online banners, twitter graphics
- Secondary support for Marketing, Events, as well as Internal SAP groups
Designs with customer in mind:
- Understands the significance of delivering materials with client or industry-specific imaging
- Savvy in selecting appropriate imagery (using a combination of SAP’s image library and online resources)
Supports SAP brand compliance:
- Demonstrates creativity, while simultaneously recognizing the integrity of SAP branding standards within his/her work.
Project management / production and delivery coordination
- Works with various members of the sales force to maintain, deliver and develop new materials that will differentiate SAP from the competition
- Demonstrates the ability to take on a project start to finish, engaging more senior level team members for guidance and direction when needed
- Is comfortable with taking unstructured information, knowledge, conversations and content and formatting into a persuasive response to the customer
- Works with proposal manager or customer to align expectations, deadlines, and delivery of materials
- Meets tight turnaround and delivery expectations
- Able to juggle and prioritize projects
- Manages print production and delivery of materials to customer
- Maintains and archives final versions of deliverables
What you bring
Education:
- Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s degree
Requirements and Experience:
- Fluent in English and be able to fluently understand and communicate verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates knowledge of design, layout, typography and appropriate image selection
- Print production knowledge and experience
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- High proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office (particularly PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with web design principals
