What you’ll do
Position Title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Business Transformation SMB Consultant/Analyst
Location: Bellevue, WA or Remote-Virtual US
Expected Start Date: September 2023
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Work with the Director and other strategic consultants to support a variety of efforts on 2023 Key Initiatives primarily focused on business process mapping and documentation.
You will partner with the Senior Business Process Consultant to document conversations with key subject matter experts that will allow you to model the processes in a common format using Mural and ultimately Signavio (tm) process modeler and/or Signavio(tm) Customer Journey Modeler.
As part of overall modeling, you will follow the business process playbook to ensure that these processes include all 4 aspects of processes:
1. the process step, 2. who is executing the process step, 3. the data required to document and 4. the system in which the step is processed. All processes must include the required input, output and process measures.
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people skills and comfortable asking interview style questions where you are not a subject matter expert
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Experience translating complex data or analysis into an easily digestible story using Powerpoint
- Experience with business process documentation and interest / aptitude to learn a new tool with minimal guidance
- Excel, PowerPoint required. Experience with Sharepoint a plus
- Business, computer science, engineering student with focus on business for a sales and service organization
- Candidates must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program which is applicable to the position

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
