COMPANY DESCRIPTION
SAP started in 1972 as a team of five colleagues with a desire to do something new. Together, they changed enterprise software and reinvented how business was done. Today, as a market leader in enterprise application software, we remain true to our roots. That’s why we engineer solutions to fuel innovation, foster equality and spread opportunity for our employees and customers across borders and cultures.
SAP recently decided to combine and harmonize all SAP Sovereign Cloud offerings, establishing an end-to-end delivery and operations process for the Public Sector and regulated industries. The newly created Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery & Operations business unit is part of SAP Product Engineering with responsibility across the relevant Sovereign Cloud portfolio of SAP. Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery & Operations is collaborating closely with all Board areas to establish a harmonized, scalable, and consistent offering with transparent and standardized deliverables.
In the last years, SAP National Security Services (NS2) has delivered hardened – improved with regards to security - SAP products to the US market. Our Sovereign Cloud Delivery & Operations unit extends SAP’s capabilities and will deliver its services globally. It is essential to document existing technology assets on a detailed engineering level to lay the foundation for future technology improvements.
In addition to the internal use of documentation assets, the security-related nature of Sovereign Cloud dictates the creation and maintenance of a versioned and evergreen documentation capable of creating evidence towards regulators, assessors and auditors.

There will be documentation on different levels of abstraction. Where to provide slides or videos is also a question you will see.

You will develop a deep understanding of sovereign cloud concepts, architecture, delivery, operations, networking, and security.
You will work across teams and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. You will work closely with architects and developers working on cutting edge cloud native technology.
