ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Presales Senior Specialist has in-dept level knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP portfolio preferred having understanding S/4HANA Public Cloud and Business Technology to drive the successful digital transformation especially focusing on S/4HANA Cloud strategy.
The Primary role of the Presales Senior Specialist focusing on S/4HANA Public for Midmarket customers to the next generation Intelligent ERP S/4HANA Cloud by engagement approach to build a compelling business case as to “WHY” they should choose, “HOW” they should transform to the Intelligent Enterprise with S/4HANA Cloud.
In Korea Midmarket, the deal lead capability of is highly required and ability to effectively present to customers having various industries experience and innovative digital assets and lead to win collaborating with virtual team and Partners.
A Presales Senior Specialist interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentation and follow-up discussions.
Key Responsibilities of this Role
- Able to lead as a Deal Captain engaging multiple presales and partners to support a successful deal close
- Drive to propose Net New and Install based customers to S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Compose and deliver superior presentations covering SAP’s solutions to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences which can include senior company executives.
- Prepare and deliver value-based software demonstrations and presentations in support of sales cycles. Often manage to handle multiple deals in Midmarket team.
- Preparation includes personalization of materials to ensure delivery of an appealing and compelling customer presentation.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP’s solutions and appropriate industries in order to maintain credibility with prospective customers. Provide proof points providing with relevant customer stories.
- Support RFx completion in support of customer proposals and partners as well.
- Provide post-sale support to customers/partners to ensure a smooth transition.
Demand Generation
Lead & proactive support digital sales activities to promote new and innovative solutions for massive Midmarket customers
Collaborate with the sales and partners to identify opportunities at various industry accounts
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 7~10+ years of SAP S/4HANA presales or consulting experience
- Strongly Preferred S/4HANA Public implementation and/or consulting experience
- Preferred Industry Domain experience
- Demonstrates successful engagements leading on small-mid-sized deals for SAP ERP
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud LOB solutions, SAP Business Platform Technology
- Good Teamwork and Collaboration
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good understanding of industry specific business processes
- Proactive to learn and share new knowledge
