Job Summary
The hire will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross-functional teams. The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimizing or even re-designing our company’s data architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc
- A strong track record in delivering reproducible data science assets, concretely:
- Language-based (Python, R, SQL) data pipeline and extraction-transformation-loading processes, leveraging APIs, flat files, and database connections
- Advanced skills in data transformation, specifically joining diverse records, changing data “shape” (wide to long, e.g.), and integrating data taxonomies
- Automation skills to improve the productivity of internal teams

Example Activities
- Interpret and summarize data that drives actionable insights for SAP
- Combine raw information from different sources to create consistent and good formats
- Need to develop and test architectures that enable data extraction and transformation for the modeling
- Collaborate with assigned Sales Development Executives to identify new accounts, and provide the data required to target, engage, and create demand
- Utilize digital tools and strategies to uncover unseen potential within a given marketplace internally and externally
- Analyze account fit for a given strategy utilizing data from marketing and online data resources
Technical Requirements
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SQL based queries, Python and Automation tools
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experiences in related field will be preferred. Entry level candidates with strong hands-on experiences can be considered.
