This person will support project management and integrated amplification strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth anchored in our business objectives and marketing strategy.
What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP Stategic Integration Marketing Manager

In this role, you'll:
• Critical partner to global brand, product, content, and integrated marketing teams in realizing the potential of omnichannel experiences and engagement, led by data and a customer first mindset.
• Support the development of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
• Monitor and track our teams project progress, identifying, and mitigate risks and issues. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables within budgets.
• Help increase visibility and priority setting across corporate marketing content and campaigns by supporting the project management efforts of a new GTM intake process.
• Collaborate on the development of a scalable launch GTM playbook, capturing best practices that drive measurable outcomes against our business and marketing objectives. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor program performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure lessons learned are applied to future projects.
• Champion SAP brand values, principles, expression, and guidelines across the company, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and integration of strategic programs into all touchpoints and experiences.

• Strong project management skills and experience supporting cross functional teams. This role will rely on other teams within Corporate Marketing and other areas within Marketing & Solutions to get things done. It will be your job to help others and collaborate to move forward.
Minimum qualifications:
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, specializing in digital - integrated marketing and/or project management experience a plus
• Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Collaborator with the ability to build and grow strong cross-functional partnerships with internal teams and external partners
Preferred qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Wrike
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to create compelling presentations
• Experience working in an agile, highly matrixed environments, supporting multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience using data to drive decision-making

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 64,400- 86,900 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
