About the team
Partner Recruiting Team is an international team focusing on mid-term business development activities across the entire partner portfolio of SAP for countries in Northern Europe. The target is to effectively extend the ecosystem of SAP, to find partners within the scope of a well-defined partner strategy and to recruit them for the business with SAP.
Some partner recruiters work from the Barcelona office and others are located in the individual countries we are serving.
Working together with the Partner Recruiters, Partner Business Managers, Marketing, Partners and Sales, the SAP Partner Recruiting Intern, will support the team in running innovative and creative activities to attract new SAP Partners into our Ecosystem
What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Partner Recruiting intern EMEA North
Location: Barcelona,
Expected start date to end date: November 1st, 2023 – April 30th, 2024
In this role, you’ll:
• Understand needs of IT companies and how to decide on new investments
• Support campaign creation and profile the target audience, develop campaign sequence and measure effectiveness
• Identify, collect and share best practices within the recruitment team
• Share updates and successes with the partner recruiting community in Norther Europe
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• Bachelor or Master Student with interest into business, active student status required
• Can do mindset, resourcefulness, self-motivated team player
• Advanced MS Excel skills / willingness to learn, experience with SAP BI solutions a plus
• Experience / ideas on how to best use communication tools
• Business level English: yes
• Language skill in another language from Northern Europe (Danish, Dutch, French, Norwegian or Swedish) would be an asset
