As the Talent Journey Team we are collaborating to enhance hiring, onboarding and internship experiences at the Digital Hub in Barcelona and we are looking for you to join us! Watch this video to meet Lara and Marcel, the current trainees as they share a bit about the role and their experiences.

What you’ll do
Position title: SAP iXp: Talent Journey Coordinator, based in Barcelona, Spain
Expected start date: 15th of September or 1st of October (6 Month Placement)
You will be eager to help us developing and rolling out a program to find, engage, hire, develop our next-generation talent for the Digital Hub in Barcelona.
Just like our current trainees Lara and Marcel, you get the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and give input into all aspects of our Talent Journey work. This is your chance to proactively enhance the strategy of the team and create something meaningful. Your opinion counts and will be heard. To give an example: our current trainees have had the chance to speak to HR senior leadership in a workshop about their ideas and opinions.
Some of the specific activities can include:
• Crafting fresh and relevant job descriptions to attract top talent
• Mapping and collaborating with universities across Europe to establish a talent pipeline
• Preparation of promotional material that is attractive to younger people
• Enhancing social media exposure for our teams and job vacancies
• Helping us design and implementation of candidate experience surveys
• Improving the onboarding experience for new trainees by providing a warm welcome
• Collaborating on events to strengthen intern community engagement
• Identifying and attracting early talent candidates for open positions
• Being the point of contact for HR, TA and Hub operations
• Supporting in how new technologies like AI impact recruiting processes
Who you are
Some characteristics that Lara and Marcel brought, and we think can help you succeed in this role are being adaptable and open-minded, as well as being able to work well in a diverse team and as well as independently. Additionally, we are looking for a curious person who takes initiative and has lots of energy. You should also be eager to further develop your skills around social media, Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness. Not least you should be well organized with attention to detail to be able to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications
• In the last stages of your education or recently graduated (we will need to have a tri-party agreement with a university – no exceptions here)
• Study field: commercial focus ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Human Capital Management
• Ready to commit to a full-time placement (39.5 hours per week) for 6 months
Language requirements
• High level of Business English is essential. Spanish and Catalan desirable but not prerequisites.
Hiring Process
- After submitting your application, a recruiter will review your qualifications
- If you’re successful in proceeding to the next stage you may be asked to create a video introducing yourself
- If your video meets our expectations, you will be invited to two online interviews, first with the current Trainee Lara, and finally with the Hiring Manager
