About the team & role
You will be working for the SAP Humanizing Business team producing internal communications. Your will apply your creative design & videography skills to deliver marketing campaigns assets across digital and offline channels (banners, social media, animations, newsletters & event assets, landing pages, logos, videos, etc.).
You will be responsible for the entire content creation process from concept to completion; produce drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions. Our ideal candidate is a creative designer with a keen eye for the details, responsible for their commitments, and very proactive in their approach. We are a small and flexible team, where you can bring your creative ideas to life while experiencing a modern multinational environment.

In this role, you’ll:
As a multimedia designer you will work within a dynamic team to deliver end-to-end creative projects, ensuring people-centric storytelling that engages our colleagues. During this internship you will:
• Create multimedia campaigns from concept to delivery (presentations, visual designs, printed assets, infographics, social media communications, video animations) that enhance the human driven aspects of our fast paced business.
• Cut and edit video recordings, assemble music, voiceovers, graphics, video snippets and screen recordings
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to carry out projects for SAP’s Humanizing Business initiative, events, communities, and communications.
• Encourage effective teamwork by providing support and creating a climate of collaboration & trust
• Manage multiple design projects at the same time, ensuring quality, needs and deadlines are met while keeping branding integrity
Who you are:

• Problem-Solver - Demonstrates creativity when facing problems. Proven ability to turn complex concepts into simple, understandable, and well-designed visuals
• Tech-savvy Good knowledge of visual design software (Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, and demonstrated proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, AfterEffects). Basic knowledge of web design would be an advantage.
• Creative-thinker – Ability to tackle new challenges in creative ways, while leveraging engaging storytelling & visual communications to build excitement for your ideas.
Requirements
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
• Currently enrolled & pursuing a degree on media, visual communication, graphic design, multimedia production or similar program.
• A creative portfolio that demonstrates creative ideas, a strong grasp of visual communication, typography, and a high attention to detail
• Strong knowledge and experience with the Adobe Creative suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Premier, After Effects, XD) and Figma.
• The ability to take ownership, work independently, and prioritise and complete multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
• Given complex Spanish labour laws, a candidate with a work visa and tax number is preferred.
