Team Overview
The role of the Regional Integrated Demand Program Lead (Regional IDP Lead) is to run end-to-end digital marketing programs for our key solution areas that drive awareness of our offerings and deliver demand to the business. Our team collaborates with the global marketing organisation to validate regional relevance of our demand objectives, channels and tactics as well as other regional teams (Field Marketing) to integrate and build end to end customer journeys that deliver on the business’s demand needs.
Corporate Marketing is our global engine for scalable digital practices, delivering business outcomes through efficient and data driven digital marketing programs and tactics. The Regional Leads are the arms into the regions and local markets, identifying local and regional demand needs. Engaging with country marketing teams, they will support high engagement marketing as well as optimize the performance of programs and channels that are being executed in their regions.
The Role
Ensure coordinated, optimal execution of program in the region, specifically:
- Collaborate with global program leads to ensure the program scope meets regional needs
- Safeguard that all elements are deployed per integrated demand plan
- Ensure localisation and relevance of the program and its assets for your region
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the virtual teams - channel specialists and analyst community as well as field marketing to execute and extend the program
- Ongoing coordination and stakeholder management with various parts of the SAP Marketing organisation
- Coverage markets of this role is MEE (Middle & Eastern Europe) which includes Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Central and Eastern Europe.
- Solution focus of this role is Digital Supply Chain.
Specific accountabilities include (but not exclusive):
- Assess channel mix and focus. Proactively propose optimizations and adjustments
- Review Global program content in US EN and ensure regional fit
- Adapt and localize content matrix and add market specific content (customer stories, …)
- Check media brief and plan including content matrix, organic and paid media plan
- Manage localisation process including engaging with market units to secure on time localisation reviews
- Monitor program activation, this includes safeguarding planning and go live dates, across all covered languages (e.g. landing pages, web pages, nurture emails etc.)
- Ensure qualification services agents are briefed and enabled as needed.
- Proactively monitor performance across all channels and market units and collaborate with relevant virtual team member(s) to engage change and optimization
Experience & Key skills
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing with multiple tactics, paid & organic
- Experience in designing integrated always on dynamic cross channel customer journeys
- Agile, Data driven digital first mindset
- Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills is essential
- Proficient in use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience with digital marketing and analytical tools, such as Adobe Analytics or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong team player who loves to connect, collaborate and supports a sharing culture
- Positive hands-on and pro-active attitude
- Knowledge of high-tech industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English. German is a plus.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
