Job Title: Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor at our Bellevue, WA location to engage with select customers in assigned region to enable and support customers on post-sales engagement methodology and post sales related topics cross cloud or LOB specific.
Expectations and Tasks:
Support assigned customers to establish their own customer success practice to utilize best practices, monitor adoption, and collect feedback to continuously improve processes and tools to ensure Customer Success. Assure that customer has established a sustainable Customer Success practice that will drive cloud subscription adoption, renewals, and the expansion of SAP’s footprint. Impact SAP business performance, secure, renewals, reduce cancellations and enable business to expand. Use case discovery and knowledge transfer with customers. Assist with technical implementation roadmap planning and technical architecture strategy. Responsible for Go Live monitoring and successful deployment value realization summarization. Oversee cloud system provisioning process to ensure cloud software tenants are turned out appropriately. Deliver on boarding presentations and knowledge transfer to customer for SAP Platform and Tech Cloud Solutions purchased. Ensure SAP resources are engaged when escalations occur with customer's technical environment. Manage forecast of renewal revenue and reporting to management. Identify and mitigate risk of cloud subscription renewal by customers. Provides contract renewal guidance for customer and sales team.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Work Experience:
Experience must involve 4 years in the following:
- Software development life cycle including plan, design, develop, test, deploy, support, and maintenance using SAP technical landscapes;
- Engage customer business units and other technical teams to translate business requirements into technical designs;
- Use Cloud Market, Customer Lifecycle Management, and Change Management Methods;
- Implement SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) public cloud products, including SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Extension Suite, Hana Cloud, Data Warehouse Cloud, Analytics Cloud, or Process Automation;
- SAP Cloud implementation and architecture advisory, including application and platform areas; and
- Enterprise customer relationship or account engagement experience.
Travel: N/A. Telecommuting permitted. Position can be based in any U.S. location.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $132,454 – $175,425. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $142,400 – $242,100. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
