What you’ll do
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Sales
Location: Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, or Atlantic Canada
Expected start date: August 2023
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Cloud Success Services, Public Sector to support the management of the Services Sales Business as well as running point on special initiatives to improve the way we run.
- Run point on strategic projects to support our business as we transform to be a fully cloud company.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and industry dynamics to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist the salespeople in managing and updating the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Follow up on action items resulting from strategic meetings, ensuring timely completion and providing updates to the Vice President of Cloud Success Services, Public Sector and relevant team members.
- Assist in managing and organizing the Vice President of Cloud Success Services, Public Sector’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Take initiative in identifying and addressing organizational or process-related problems by suggesting improvements, implementing necessary actions, and driving resolution.
- Prepare communications to the team and broader organization.
- Prepare sales forecasts and conduct financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making and goal setting.
- Support daily running of the business, as required.

- Current Senior or recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. Related Majors: Information Systems, Business, Physics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Candidate must be able to take a holistic approach to address situations, must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen and strong research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources.
- Strong time management abilities, demonstrating proficiency in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and efficiently handling multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey information, articulate ideas, and present to large groups of people with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas, data manipulation, analysis, and creating visualizations.
- Must be willing to travel 20-30% of time.
