Purpose and Objective:
SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Product Specialist at our Atlanta, GA location to understand, analyze, and categorize customer individual demand for the S/4HANA in a regional setup assuring one face to one customer from SAP S/4HANA Product Success, Co-Innovation, and Content.
Expectations and Tasks:
Drive roll-in and roll-out product definition and roadmap of the S/4HANA product family with a direct link to the central product definition and localization teams. Influence and improve the innovation lifecycle, augmented by customers, partners throughout discovery, sales, onboarding, onboarding and service, or the renewal process, along the product’s strategic direction and within defined market segments. Safeguard the setup of implementation projects of S/4HANA by supporting and enabling the Americas Regional teams and roles on managing customer expectations beyond existing rolling 4 quarter roadmaps. Support the localization acceleration program from a Customer Care perspective by addressing localization needs and requirements for our customers based on public Cloud Strategy and mindset. Drive feedback on customer requirements to localization team and evaluate readiness of solution. Identify impediments to assure localization acceleration program success.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Digital Communication and Media, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Digital Communication and Media, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience:
Position requires prior experience, internship or academic coursework to include each of the following:
- Develop, implement, and utilize SAP S/4HANA Cloud or Extended edition, SAP S/4HANA on-premise, and SAP Business Suite (SAP ERP);
- Drive business process consulting by translating customer business processes into IT solutions in a multi-stakeholder environment and leverage cross departmental networks/teams in multiple time zones;
- Learn and test new SAP S/4HANA functionality delivered during frequent releases;
- Enhance the business processes within SAP S/4 HANA by integrating with other SAP cloud solutions, including SuccessFactors, Concur, and Ariba;
- Analyze and transfer market and client demand directly into SAP;
- Drive roll-in and roll-out product definition and roadmap of the S/4HANA product family with a direct link to central product definition and localization teams;
- Implement Software-as-a-service solutions and the Cloud mindset;
- Safeguard, enhance, and leverage the SAP S/4HANA Cloud capabilities; and
- Drive feedback on customer requirements to localization team and evaluate readiness of solution.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $84,781 - $124,920. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $84,781 - $138,800 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
