職務
製造業のお客様に対するSAP Digital Manufacturing(クラウドで提供される、製造実行系システムとアナリティクスが統合されたソリューション。SAPにおける、スマート化したモノづくりのためのインダストリー4.0ソリューションの中核のひとつを担う。)をはじめ、製造系関連アプリケーション(SAP S/4HANA PP、PP/DS、PEO、PCo)導入におけるコンサルティング業務。関連するSAPの設備保全系ソリューションや設計系ソリューション導入におけるコンサルティング業務を行うこともある。具体的には、導入プロジェクトへのリード・メンバーとしての参画、導入プロジェクトの提案書作成及びスポットコンサルティングに従事。
必須要件
- 生産計画、生産管理、および製造管理領域におけるプロフェッショナルとしての経験(3年以上)
- ITコンサルタント、またはシステムエンジニアとしての日本における顧客対応の経験(5年以上)
- 3年以上の生産計画・生産管理・製造管理領域に関するシステム導入経験があること。(他社パッケージの経験も含む)
- プロジェクトフェーズの各工程(プロジェクト準備、ビジネス設計、開発、結合テスト、システムテスト、本稼働支援)の実務経験があること。
- ソフトウェア製品を顧客に導入する際に必要な、アプローチ、ソリューション、タスク、体制、工数を論理的に想定でき、それらの妥当性を説明できるシステム導入知識をもつこと。
- 顧客との高いコミュニケーションスキル・期待値コントロールスキルがあること。
- 顧客のニーズを理解し、業務要件を的確にソリューションへマッピングする能力があること。
- 社員・顧客と良好な関係を築ける日本語コミュニケーション能力をもつこと。また、SAPグループ内のコンサルタントと協業・連携できる、英語力・コミュニケーション力をもつこと。
