PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
We are looking for an early talent Digital Solution Advisor with knowledge in Supply Chain with two years of experience to join the digital hub (Presales) team.
Our organization is essential in helping our customers drive their Digital Transformation by delivering simplified and innovate solutions in Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, Human resources and Customer experience.
In this role you will collaborate digitally with sales teams across Europe to position S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions across Industries in your assigned territories. Leveraging on the strength of our existing organization, this team has been formed out of the need to engage deeply with our customers, partners and field teams - focusing on driving Innovation through the end-to-end digital Finance and Supply Chain transformations.
In this role you will
- proactively engage with our digital sales colleagues, SAP customers and partners to create awareness and position the value of our unique solutions.
- actively support our digital and field sales colleagues in enabling them to articulate a clear value proposition around our solution portfolio.
- engage with our sales and demand organizations to provide solution knowledge and demonstrations when required throughout any relevant sales cycle.
As a Solution Advisor you will be responsible for discovering what our prospects and customers want to achieve, designing tailored solutions and demonstrating on how SAP is uniquely positioned to deliver their desired outcomes.
The Digital Solution Advisor will bring a disciplined broader professional background who is able to embrace and evangelise SAP in demonstrating and articulating with customers our unique differentiation covering multiple stakeholders
You will work across peers including Account Executives (AE), Business Architect (BA), Industry Solution Advisors and Value advisors. Also working closely with the SAP Partner network.
Your focus will be the Nordics market but you but you will also assist to work for customers across all Europe. Because of that you are a native from any Nordics country (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland) or speaks fluently one of the respective languages.
Role Expectations and Tasks
- Be able to demonstrate, build and maintain knowledge of SAP Supply Chain solutions.
- Conduct interactive discovery sessions with prospects, customers, and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling value-based and solution-oriented demonstrations.
- Manage and respond to RFPs
- Support one-to-many sales and marketing events (both onsite and remotely using virtual technologies)
- Create localised video content that can be leveraged to drive scale
- Lead and support Design Thinking workshops to promote innovation.
- Keep up to date with Market trends and competitors offering.
What you bring
Knowledge with the ability to demonstrate SAP S4 Public Cloud Supply Chain modules, knowledge of other SAP Supply Chain Solutions would be advantageous (Further solution training will be provided).
- Be able to demonstrate SAP Supply Chain solutions.
- Knowledge within one or many market industries
- Understanding of the key areas of company value chains (Finance Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Chain, HR, IT, etc.)
- Familiarity with Business Architecture methodology, structure, and concepts
- Ability to develop key Assets as our portfolio evolves
- Possess Executive Presence and the ability to effectively communicate orally or in writing to gain trust

- Self-motivate with leadership qualities
- Create Innovative points of view
Work Experience
- Relevant industry role that included implementing technology solutions
- Previous experience in a business analyst or business architect role would be advantageous
- working in a role that required regular engagement with senior/executive leadership
- Presales / Solution Advisor experience desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in making formal presentations
- Previous experience working with or using SAP Finance solutions would be advantageous.
Education and Qualificatioins
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree advantageous but not essential
- Relevant industry certifications
- Industry front line experience.
Languages
- Fluent in English and one Nordics language, Swedish preferred
- French will be considered as a plus
