What you will do:
You will support our team during the preparation of these remote services, including positioning as well as during testing phases of new services (reviewing the generated results, technical analysis, root cause analysis and feedback to development). You will work closely with the delivery team in Dresden and collaborate with people from business and development. Communication is key. During your internship you will get to know SAP products and service portfolio.
What you bring:
- Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred field(s) of study: Business Sciences / Computer Science
- Computer skills: MS Office, technical basis skills, development skills advantage
- Language skills: Fluency in oral and written German and English
- Soft skills: Curious, Team player, Good communication skills, Analytical Skills, Flexible and able to work independently

As part of SAP Enterprise Support, customers receive a range of preventive services designed to ensure optimal performance, availability and maintainability of their solution.

Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
