We are a global team in our Marketing & Solutions Board area, he/she will be supporting Regional Ops Business Partner in managing Asia Pacific Region and Greater China Field Marketing and Strategy Operations across multiple practices. What you’ll do:
- Position title: SAP Marketing and Solution APJ Intern – Planning and Operations Analyst
- Location: Singapore – hybrid remote and in-person set up
- Expected start date and duration: ASAP for 6 months
- Working hours: willing to commit 3 days/week or more
In this role, you’ll:
- Perform analysis, investigation work and prepare variance commentaries on our monthly financial
- Forecast & Budget – Support, prepare, check and analyse the rolling forecast, annual budget and long‐term marketing planning projections (using excels and systems)
- Identify risk and opportunities of key findings and analysis and prepare scenario analysis as needed and support marketing operations activities
- Drive and streamline operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Current student taking undergraduate degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Analytics background
- Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
- Excellent analytical skills: Ability to present financial data using detailed reports/charts
- Proactive, self‐motivator, and quick learner in working with a virtual team
- Great organizational skills
- Project management experience is a plus
