Position Description
The Strategic Hyperscaler / Partner Solution Advisor is responsible for helping to drive SAP NS2’s relationship with our strategic hyperscaler partners. This resource will help lead the relationship and position joint success across the different partner organizations and cloud infrastructure providers being used across our cloud portfolio. He/she will help organize, lead and participate directly with Google, AWS and Microsoft to better position technology and innovation that can be adopted across our products. In addition, this resource will help support sales cycles by jointly positioning our partners with our sales teams as a unified team to our potential customers.
In addition, he/she will help maintain and manage the cloud roadmap for new innovation across each partner. This resource will help analyze and track cost and deployment across each hyperscaler. He/she will work to understand the new capabilities being offered across the cloud infrastructure providers and help work on enablement to develop sessions and materials for NS2 Cloud teams.
He/she will also work with the cloud delivery teams including the NS2 architecture team, product teams, and our sales teams. The primary role of this resource is to help develop and support the NS2 Cloud Portfolio across the different operational lines which include architecture, hyperscalers and technical teams. This involves understanding customer needs for driving change into the offering, designing, presentations and white papers, and contributing to solution strategies.
This role will also help drive the business initiatives impacting the hyperscalers from innovation to deal alignment at the field sales level. This role will also work closely with his/her SAP hyperscaler counterparts and be a go-to expert and resource to help with joint success across all impacted organizations. This is a highly visible role that will interact directly with the various SAP NS2 Cloud LOB’s, and senior level resources and will engage with a broad variety of executive-level stakeholders inside SAP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Proactively develops relationships across all relevant roles in the hyperscaler / Partner’s organization (executives, sales, marketing, technical, etc.),
Go-to expert on the hyperscaler and partner’s offerings, strengths, culture, and organization.
- Collaborates with hyperscaler counterpart to ensure partner and SAP NS2 have aligned strategies, and effective communications.
- Helps to prevent and resolve conflicts between Partner and SAP NS2.
- Influences Partner to effectively invest in Marketing and Demand Gen activities
- Drives innovation to adopt new technology and innovation across the cloud portfolio.
- Helps to lead enablement and planning sessions across SAP NS2 and our partner organization.
- Conducts weekly cadence calls with assigned hyperscaler and / or partner businesses.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of presales / consulting / cloud solution experience with 2 years of experience in AWS, Azure or Google
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft application (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) skills
- Willing to take responsibility and to learn with a “Get-it-done” attitude, detail-oriented and highly organized to multitask
- Goal-focused, team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional, an environment that always changes
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years’ work experience

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $126,900-270,500 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
