SAP S/4HANA MM Procure -to-Pay Senior Consultant

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Work on leading customer facing project implementations in SAP MM Procure to Pay Area for SAP’s Delivery @ Scale Organization
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- SAP Certification in SAP MM & SAP is preferred
- Expertise in Consumer/ Industry with focus on Materials Management
- Expertise as a Business end user in / Consumer Industry customers would be an added advantage
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Should have good understanding of SAP S4 HANA capabilities and solution scope.
- Should have very good understanding and solution architecting abilities in the core functionalities of materials management and inventory management.
- Should be conversant with basic concepts around the following topics/concepts - Master Data, Seasons, Segmentation, Distribution Curves, Pre-packs, Hierarchies, Pricing, Slow Seller and Best Seller Analysis, OAPC/Seasonal Procurement, Procure-to-pay Process (especially plan-driven), Open to Buy budgeting, Vendor Consignment, Vendor Managed Inventory process, Condition Contracts, Perishables buying, Foreign Trade (desirable), MRP, Replenishment.
- Proven capabilities in integrating SAP with peripheral supply chain systems such as planning & procurement, demand management, production planning (optional) and warehouse management systems.
- Should have done extensive work on Inventory Management and its integration with SAP WM / EWm or 3rd party WMS systems
- Should have good understanding of Cross Docking, Flow through’s in logistics
- Should have a deep understanding of Business Processes
- Should be good with documentation and general Office tools
- Should have excellent communication suitable for leading customer facing engagements
- Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose solutions
- Lead and guide customers on various SAP Solutions in /Consumer Industry space
- Being a part of project implementations in both classical and Agile modes
- Lead pre-sales, customer demos, roadmaps, Customer PoCs
- Lead in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services

- Improving efficiency of delivery through knowledge assets & services creation
- Business development activities in the team
- Ramp-up of internal colleagues
Experience and Other Requirements
- 8 + years of SAP consulting experience
- 3 + years of S/4HANA implementation experience or 3 projects on S/4HANA
- Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution and SAP IOT/Leonardo portfolio will be preferred
- Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology
- Use of Solution Manager as a part of implementation life cycle is desirable
- Awareness and knowledge on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Block Chain functional use cases will be desirable
- Good Communication skill in English is mandatory

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 102,100 - 247,000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
