What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Global Partner Marketing (Partner Lead Routing)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Expected start date to end date: July 2023 – December 2023
Schedule: 40 HR/Week
The GPM Intern will work closely with the partner marketing leadership team to help drive the development and scope definition of existing partner lead routing processes. This project focuses on how to optimize the outcomes of our marketing investments for demand generation towards sales with Partners. The Intern will audit the current partner lead routing process, assess gaps and opportunities for process optimization, and provide recommendations on next steps. The Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced partner marketing managers and a broader set of stakeholders across the company to document the current process and provide a gap analysis.
· Establish the baseline by conducting user research across key stakeholders to document SAPs current approach to lead partner routing
· Collect external best practices from the industry on effective Partner lead flow to inform an outside in perspective on modern lead flow approaches.
· Develop familiarity with a customer journey on owned/operated channels where Partners are highlighted.
· Consolidate input from stakeholders to capture requirements in written form (process specifications, PRD’s, BRD’s, Features, Stories)
· Define process health, performance metrics, reporting requirements, and KPIs to measure performance against feature goals.
· Document non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resilience, usability, accessibility, security, and business continuity.
· Be a team player, willing to learn and have fun along the way

Define and develop a set of recommendation for evolving the role of Partners across digital demand systems.

Present the plan to the GPM Leadership Team and lead a discussion on your plan along with learnings from the project.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field or recent June 2023 Grad

Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational and time management skills.

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team is required. Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders and the team.

Ability to use data, your experience, and instincts to identify the most impactful areas of focus.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation capabilities, including experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.

Comfort working with more technical peers - whether through education or experience, it’s important that you can work closely with IT, Marketing Ops and other stakeholders to evaluate different approaches to implementing product/process features, weighing cost/benefit tradeoffs. You will not need to code, develop any systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present findings back to the team.

Review and prepare proposal presentation decks (PPT’s, etc)

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
