What you'll do
You will enjoy creating assets that enrich our communication within and outside our team. You will drive the use of best practices around communication channels and formats, as well as develop a knowledge base around our projects and processes. As a working student, you are a key player bridging all teams and topics.
You will be supporting the communications function, drive both internal and external communication topics and design visual appealing communication assets.
Expectations and Tasks:
- Communications and marketing management: Owning project and/or team communications such as project newsletters, project reporting, the team’s SharePoint, Workzone, wiki sites, etc.
- Create convincing communication assets in various forms
- Maintain and expand the Solution Incubation team SharePoint
- Research and gather data on market trends
- Collaborate with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and partners
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Business Administration, Media Management, or any related fields
- Computer skills: Profound skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Other design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is beneficial
- Language skills: Excellent writing and speaking skills in English, German would be a plus
- Soft skills: Team player, excellent communication skills, self-driven and solution-oriented with interpersonal skill
- Others: Strong visual storytelling skills, open for fresh ideas, high degree of motivation, ability to work independently, coordinate multiple activities with high attention to detail
