What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Customer Success Innovation Office GTM Strategy & Operations
Location: NSQ , Dallas , open to other US locations
Expected start date to end date: August 2023 – January 2024
Duration: 6 Months (Potential for extension)
Schedule: 40 HR/Week
In this role, you will be part of the SAP Preferred Success Solution Management team and support our internal stakeholders by building best-in-class customer experiences, with a focus on the areas listed below.

Support SAP Preferred Success solution management team in the ongoing development of the roadmap of activities and execution of key milestones.

Professional writing, editing and proofreading of internal and external communication

Bring in a fresh perspective by reviewing and enhancing the existing internal and external facing assets to portray the vision and value of the program

Market analysis to identify potential areas the program should invest for maximum the value of the program

Work with a broad set of global and regional stakeholders to identify potential opportunities such as identifying market opportunities, creating target customer lists, publishing internal and external content

Identify areas of improvement in daily task and activities and translate them to tangible outcomes

Run end-to-end campaigns to evaluate pilots offerings and programs
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• Business acumen and experience: Ability to understand the big picture, connect dots, build and communicate recommendations and bridge the gap between strategy and execution
• Prior business strategy, business development, marketing, or sales experience
• Analytical skills: Ability to produce and interpret reports and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into meaningful and actional steps and recommendations
• Critical thinker, with the ability to identify roadblocks and solve them bringing the right input and teams together
• Self-starter and outcome oriented, with a passion for learning and problem solving. Comfortable building a point of view and questioning status quo
• Passion for storytelling and design tools that bring those stories to life. Ability to design engaging, clear and actionable communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and comfort working across functions, seniority level, culture, and time zones in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with Microsoft office tools, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint, Design and video tools and advance analytical tools a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP products such as SAP S/4HANA is a plus
Meet your team:
The Innovation Office is part of the Cloud Success Service organization with a strong cloud first mindset. The team focuses on identifying trends and market opportunities to enhance the cloud success for SAP customers. The team works closely with various other teams within SAP to develop and implement strategies to improve the customers experience in the cloud.
The focus of this internship will be to learn about the different aspects of the cloud business which is north star for SAP. The intern will be able to develop knowledge and capabilities in the following areas: SAP S/4HANA Cloud, new product commercialization, GTM. Data Analytics, Operations, Team Enablement.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
