What you'll do
Support the HR Director of Czech Republic and Slovakia in representing HR in the respective countries and help to orchestrate local HR & compliance topics and event coordination agenda.
- Daily involvement with all HR functions coordinating projects and becoming a true and local people steward.
- Building relationships with our stakeholders and other key players in HR as well as business world.
- Engage in further policy alignment and future event support.
- Take part in executions of employer branding initiatives.
- Drive and ensure quality and compliance.
- Initial scoping support, set-up and delivery of workforce planning activities in line with business needs.
- Reporting, monitoring of tasks and planning support.
What you bring
- Very good understanding of HR role, drive, open mind and energy
- 1-2 years of work experience in an HR role
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Czech as advantage
- Strong customer service attitude
- Experienced to work with confidential and sensitive information
- High level of accuracy with a high attention to details, quality driven, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to accept and embrace continuous changes and improvement
- Able to plan, work, drive and own initiatives and independently execute them without supervision in a highly virtual setup
- Professional communication skills; both written and verbal
The role will be part of EMEA HR Director (HRD) team communicating within colleagues in region as well as globally. HRD team interacts on daily basis with various HR functional teams locally as well.
