Overview
As AI Strategy and Program Manager for the EMEA North region, you will shape the vision, strategy, and operational execution of our Artificial Intelligence integration into business development and demand management. Your role will focus on proposing, evaluating and utilizing AI technology to enhance our demand management processes and sales development processes. The goal is to increase efficiency & productivity & customer experience to determine the next level of Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the regional AI strategy for business development and demand management, aligning with SAP's overall AI and business objectives.
- Develop Programs and Concepts on how to integrate and implement AI technologies into the day to day practice for Demand Management and Demand Execution.
- Champion the integration of AI technologies into existing processes, ensuring successful adoption and tangible business outcomes.
- Work closely with various teams including data science, engineering, product management, and sales to leverage AI technologies in the creation of new business opportunities and streamlining demand management.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of AI initiatives in enhancing business development and demand management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, leveraging this knowledge to foster innovation for EMEA North Business Development.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI applications.
- Act as an AI advocate within the company and externally, communicating the value and benefits of AI in business development and demand management to stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years work experience int the software industry, preferably in a multinational Organization
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Very strong understanding of Sales and Business Development Processes
- Proven experience in applying AI, machine learning, or data science within business development and/or demand management contexts
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and methodologies, and their application to business development and demand management.
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (Master's) in a relevant field is preferred.
