ABOUT THE TEAM
As part of the IE Business Solutions unit, the IT Application Services department contributes to providing one stable system environment by delivering the necessary solutions, technologies, and innovations to create business value, enable new business models, and create rock solid operations.
The Controlling IT Services team designs, develops and operates solutions that cater to the strategic and operational needs of SAP’s Controlling community. We as a team are serving and supporting the processes in area of Controlling.
THE ROLE
As a member of the Controlling team, your main goal will be to approach all dimensions of your job with enthusiasm and personal commitment for achieving our customers’ success.
We try to live an agile culture which is best described as: “Inspect and Adapt”. This means that we deliver increments regularly and expect feedback from stakeholders on potential improvements.
The main activities for this position will be related to providing administrative support to the Controlling team, including but not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining reports, track deadlines, managing data entries, and preparing presentations.
- Support and keep track of daily administrative tasks that the team needs to fulfil
- Support for documentation (i.e WIKI, Solution Manager)
- Organizing meetings
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a University of Applied Sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration
- Exposure to customer support
- Experience with product management
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving abilities and organizational skills
- Knowledge of and experience with Scrum or other Agile frameworks is nice to have but not mandatory
- Further computer skills: MS Office, Teams, Jira or SAP Solution Manager is beneficial but not mandatory
- Fluent English is required
