Job Overview:
SAP Concur is looking for a Security & Technology Consultant (STC) to join our Global Team of STCs. This person will focus on technologies utilized to deliver SAP Concur services and demonstrate how SAP Concur protect and integrate client data. The ideal candidate will accelerate the sales process by defining an appropriate approach as a necessary member of the Sales team. This role will report to the Global Vice President of STCs and will support pre-sales efforts in the APJ region.
The ideal candidate should possess the following experience and skills:
- 10+ years minimum, direct customer/client interface, presentation, and technical experience.
- 3+ years working with and conversant in Cloud data security terminology, data privacy and compliance laws and regulations (GDPR, SOC, PCI, specific European regulations, etc.).
- An understanding of SAP and/or other ERP and HR systems integration is preferred.
- Must have ave excellent communication, presentation and sales skills required for prospect/client meetings demonstrating SAP Concur security & technology differentiation.
- Negotiation skills and ability to influence key internal stakeholders are required to help Sales leaders strategize their Go-To-Market plans requiring an agile approach.
- Two-month, on-the-job training certification process required to integrate new STCs into SAP Concur.
- A short video may be required of candidates to “sell” their abilities and influence decision makers’ on why they are interested in the position and why they would provide the best solutions in this role.
- Be autonomous.
- Identify client technical and security related objections and overcome them employing Sandler techniques and/or sales experience.
- Travel up to 15% of time.
- Degree in related field or equivalent experience and industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP are helpful.
- Mandarin language skills – speaking, reading and presenting are required.
