What you'll do
The Digital Ecosystem Project Manager is responsible for project planning and support of the digital ecosystem strategy and governance framework. This framework is designed to simplify the digital landscape and create a world-class digital experience for our customers. Through communications, risk assessment, stakeholder management and strategic escalation of roadblocks, this role ensures long-term success and resource alignment for content delivery projects at SAP.
Specific areas of focus in support of the key processes of governance and digital landscape simplification include:
- Digital Presence Request Process
- Stakeholder management
- Request management, ensuring requests are comprehensive and clear
- Follow-up as needed
- Microsite consolidation
- Identify and validate if sites are appropriately documented (Domain Inventory Dashboard)
- Conduct site audits (performance, compliance, marketing purpose…)
- Document functional gaps
- Determine candidates for sunsetting and/or migration
- Track and report status
- Manage stakeholder communication
What you bring
- Digital-first mindset including knowledge of digital marketing principles, web strategies, and understanding of legal, privacy and compliance requirements
- Experience working with multiple and diverse technology solutions
- Self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization skills and ability to prioritize
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks
- Must be able to take initiative to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Strong project management skills; able to manage deadlines and provide ongoing written updates on timing
- Familiarity with web publishing on content management platforms
- Two years working experience in a large matrixed organization
- Comfortable working with a virtual team

As part of SAP Corporate Marketing, the Digital Experiences team harnesses the power of our best-in-class digital talent to drive the digital impact required to enable cloud growth for the company.
The DX Business Operations team is responsible for co-defining the strategy for the unit and is accountable for the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. This team is responsible to define rhythm of the business, performance reporting and insights, process optimization, and foundational programs that help the DX organization meet strategic objectives.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 64,400 - 146,400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
