Job Overview
Integration Specialists are responsible for working collaboratively with SAP trading partners as strategic and technical advisors. More specifically, providing tailored guidance to integrate those trading partners with the SAP Business Network. In addition, Integration Specialist may also facilitate trading partner’s onboarding and overall catalog enablement.
While not an engineering nor project management specific role, Integration Specialists are required to have an overall understanding of business, project management and have a sound technical problem-solving ability. Integration Specialist can analyze requirements against capabilities and provide consultation to all project parties as it relates to best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute goals within given timelines, constraints, and requirements.
- Understand and offer suggestions for trading partner business complexities.
- Deliver SAP Business Network subject matter expertise.
- Assist in resolving SAP Business Network technical issues related to transmission, syntax, structure, and transaction rules.
- Proactively drive projects to completion through strong governance.
- Provide status updates through standard reporting tools.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external enablement teams.
- Follow global and regionally defined processes.
- Manage multiple projects based on various stages and complexity.
- Perform strategic planning and tactical execution.

Education and Experience Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of enterprise level project management, consulting and/or software implementation experience.
- Exposure to business operation units such as sourcing, contracts, accounts payable, procurement, finance, or collections.
- Experience with EDI (ANSI X12) or cXML.
- Experience with the SAP Business Network or Cloud Integration Gateway a plus.
- Fluency in French (Canadian) a plus.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 34500 - 74400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
