Responsibilities:
- Provide expert insight on solution market situations to support pipeline growth
- Work with sales team to develop and execute on account strategies to bring value to customers through SAP solutions and ISBN Solutions
- Work with sales teams for opportunity assessments
- Identify specific customer needs through one to two-day site surveys
- Provide value selling of SAP ISBN solutions to prospective customers
- Deliver high-impact software demonstrations to prospective customers that demonstrate how SAP ISBN solutions help clients improve Spend Management
- Lead development of customer specific proofs-of-concept
- Navigate and understand prospect’s legacy IT environment and architect solutions integrate with customer’s IT environment
- Build relationships with key buying influences across the executive, management and end user contacts.
- Understand the working styles and needs of individuals (e.g. customers and team members) and uses knowledge to ensure effective and timely delivery of deliverables (demonstrations, RFPs, etc).
- Provide expert insight on solution differentiators
Requirements:
- 8 + years of presales experience
- 5 + years of solution specialist experience in Ariba, Fieldglass, SAP S4 Procurement.
- 10 + years business knowledge/expertise in procurement, supply chain, etc.
- Expert experience in value selling
- Solid experience in sales and presales processes
- Willing to take pressure
- Great team working
- Innovative and creative mindset
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, English
- Bachelor equivalent, Master equivalent and MBA preferred
