Overview
As a Java Developer on our Depositary Receipts development team, you will join a pod of developers and automation testers following the SCRUM methodology. You will be encouraged to immediately start contributing your thoughts and ideas and build close relationship with our other teams in Cary and colleagues in other locations. You’ll be an integral part of the Bank’s Agile focus, enabling the team to reach high performance by building upon strengths, and identifying areas of improvement. What You’ll Do
Be an active member of Agile scrum development team
Take responsibility for contributing to team velocity
Learn new frameworks and apply them innovatively to complex problems
Embrace automated unit/integration testing as a standard practice
Build a close relationship with development peers and business partners
Skills You’ll Need
Experience using Java or JavaScript, Angular/React, React J, and Web services (REST)
Familiarity working with databases and understanding common UI design patterns
Experience with Test-Driven Development, data modeling, designing, developing (including agile development, and maintaining applications
Understanding of OO Principals
Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS Skills
