Your Impact
The Display Hardware HMD Systems Integrated Product Team is responsible for full life cycle of the Helmet Mounted Display System, Panoramic Cockpit Display, and the Secondary Flight Display. The ideal candidate will lead development of projects, improvement programs, root cause corrective action, and support program reviews across Displays products and deliverables. This position is focused on Design, Supplier Management and System Integration & Test planning. A combination of teamwork, independence, and flexibility will be required throughout the product lifecycle where task responsibilities may change as the display system matures and technologies advance.
What You Will Be Doing
Typical Responsibilities can include:
• Providing supplier management across multiple
projects throughout product life cycle
• Conduct trade studies and assist with creating business Case Analyses (BCAs) for improvement programs
• Act as the team Software Product Acquisition Manager (SPAM)
• Provide engineering support to Failure Review Boards (FRB) to determine Root Cause Corrective Action on failure trends reported on Display System components
• Planning and preparing new or improved products for hardware and software integration testing
• Complete engineering changes that may include Specification Control Drawings, Aerospace Equipment Instructions, Service Data Notes
• This position will involve occasional domestic and international travel (10%)
• Other duties as assigned.
***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and an active Secret clearance required to start.***
Desired skills
• Experience with optical, digital, or graphics hardware design
• Experience with air vehicle integration, hardware integration, software integration, technical subcontractor management, change management, or flight test verification.
• Experience with Flight Series Data, Anomaly and Failure Resolution System, Joint Technical Data, Change Request Management, and Deficiency Reports.
• Experience with mentorship and team development.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $105,000 - $201,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $120,700 - $227,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
