What you'll do
- Support Strategic Financial Planning team members in dedicated tasks and responsibilities, i.e.
- Master data maintenance related to M&A activities
- Post-merger integration process controlling activities, e.g. forecast
- Acquisition performance tracking
- Any nature of ad-hoc request
- Mid- and long-term modelling improvements under consideration of newest technologies
What you bring
- Master/Bachelor
- Strong thought leadership personality accompanied by high get-it-down mentality
- Extraordinary analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Affinity to IT applications and its usage
- Fluent in German and English
- WORK EXPERIENCE (First experience in controlling, consulting, etc. via internships a plus, if relevant for above stated expectations and tasks)
Meet your team
Organizationally located within Global Controlling, the Strategic Financial Planning team supports SAP’s Executive Board to reach SAP’s mid- and long-term financial ambition via feasible financial modeling including incorporation of financial impacts of acquisitions and divestments.
It offers enhanced business expertise in business case creation, portfolio evaluations and investigation of tactical and strategic options making “the difference” in decision-making processes. In the area of Mergers & Acquisitions it allows insights into the due diligence as well as the Post Merger Integration process.
Lastly, it tracks business plans and actual results of defined key performance indicators to validate execution status and reliability of current mid- and long-term.
By this, its team members are creating impact on SAP’s financial results and on SAP’s business operations, its mid- and long-term strategic direction.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
