The Barcelona Experience Center is a place where customers can discover SAP Innovation. The mission of the center is to Inspire, Ideate and Engage with our visitors. We design dedicated journey to our customers to illustrate SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise Strategy and how it can provide value to their organizations and their specific industry challenges, trends and business processes. What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Experience Center – Live Production & Streaming Operator
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Expected start date: 1st or 15th of each month
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension up to 1 year
Working schedule: Full-time (39,5 hours/week)
In this role, you’ll:
As part of the Experience Center team, you will have the opportunity to:
• Take part of the day to day life of the center. See, touch and play latest SAP innovation.
• Be in charge of the live broadcasting activities for presentations & events.
• Manage end to end audiovisual projects.
• Act as production director during live and recorded events.
• Support in the evolution & use of the broadcasting platform.
• Lead broadcasting improvement projects.
• Managing our recording green rooms.
• Support and assist the team to prepare, set up and run inspirational customer visits & events.
• Support in the promotion of the Experience Center internally and externally.
• Work with the wider SAP network on events, open days and on-boarding.
• Bring new ideas in terms of engagement, communication activities and technologies.
• Work closely with the team in charge of the production, recording and editing of the media creation content.
Who you are:
• You must be University graduate up to 3 years after graduation or MBA student
• You have a degree in Audiovisual Design, Graphic Design, Media, Communications, Video Production, Film Production or similar program
• Languages: proficiency in English is required, additional language is a plus
Work experience:
• Proven experience audiovisual or graphic design assets.
• Technical understanding in video recording, broadcasting and editing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational skills.
• Please provide a portfolio with examples of your work.
• Optional: knowledge in vision mixing software (example: VMIX, OBS, Reckeen).
