About the team
As one Midmarket Team (MM) we represent one of SAP’s fastest growth areas, particularly in the Cloud. Our goal is to accelerate SAP´s market share in MM, and the purpose of our Business Development Teams is to engage with the right prospect, at the right time and with the right message. This is the start of converting prospects into new customers. We do this by leveraging innovative digital sales tools to give our prospects a great first experience with SAP.

What you’ll do
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Content Manager Associate for EMEA North
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Expected start date 1st or 15th of June, July, August (6-month placement)
Who you are
• You are a student pursuing your bachelor’s or master´s degree
• Under Spanish law, your university must be able to sign a tri-party agreement with a university, without it we cannot consider
• Be ready to commit to a full-time 6-month placement (Full time is 39.5 hours per week)
• Have excellent visual and creative capabilities preferably with experience, of curating content (that will be based on SAP corporate standards)
• Be someone with an understanding of business and the corporate environment and ideally currently studying graphic design, digital marketing, international business, business design
• Already have learnt and started to develop your skills in graphic design as such as infographics, video creation, PowerPoint templates, Canva, microsite creation and illustrator and so on
• Be at an advantage if you have experience with Microsoft Office Excel
• Always pay attention to details as you always thrive deliver high quality and consistent work
• Be a strong team player but you can work independently when required (adaptability is key)
• Possess good time management skills as you know how to organize different and changing work priorities
• Have full professional Business English
During your placement, you will impact this important part of SAP’s work by learning and doing the following activities:
• Research, collect, organize, and make accessible industry specific content to support our Demand Generation (DG) customer conversations. Such as making Battle Cards find, Customer Success “Win” stories for the MidMarket etc
• Folloze landing page administration support, license management, content board approvals and the creation/design of new Folloze Boards help our DG teams adopt best practices
• Support your Content Manger and our DG teams during sales competition events (Blitz Days) by providing useful content
• Assist with our Content Platform and helping track content adoption and impact success
• Support campaign creation by administrating translations for outbound campaigns
• You will do all these tasks by:
o actively collaborating with different regional and local teams and becoming familiar with
- with our end-user sales engagement tool, Outreach, and act as a regional administrator from a content creation standpoint
- SAP´s top level solution areas.
