As Cloud Analyst III, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, operating, and adjusting cloud infrastructure to meet Williams' needs using infrastructure-as-code. Your focus will be to integrate and support cloud capabilities including service quality, automation, release management, outage management, subscription management, and cost-efficient solution architecture. Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Supports Cloud operations including management of day-to-day administration, planning, remediation of risk and compliance issues, and timely resolution of issues for the cloud environment
- Works with dedicated 24x7 operations teams and engineering new ways of efficiently triaging events generated by the monitoring tools, and addresses issues with vendors as needed, including root cause analysis
- Provides Cloud project support, including the implementation of solutions based on architectural design principles to satisfy customer requirements, and providing guidance on the deployment of Williams App Owner secure IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS solutions
- Identifies and defines technical requirements for cloud service-based applications
- Assists with Cloud Governance, including identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and issues, and continuing to drive the analysis and documentation of technical requirements for the cloud environment
- Continually reviews and improves ways to supervise cloud health, automation, capacity metering, cloud pricing, and cloud expense management
- Creates and maintains KB and SOP documents to ensure the support staff are adequately prepared to resolve sophisticated customer technical issues
- Collaborates with fellow CCoE members to provide guidance on Cloud Technology and Architecture including maintaining and training up-to-date emerging cloud, automation technologies, business drivers, and emerging computer trends
- Partners with Cloud Architects to provide technology recommendations, create innovation roadmaps, cloud architecture diagrams, and capacity management for the cloud environment and related dependent technologies

Cloud DevOps III Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years' IT experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of four (4) years' IT experience
Cloud DevOps IV Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of three (3) years' IT experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of five (5) years' IT experience
Other Requirements:
- Working Cloud Infrastructure Experience with a major Cloud Service Provider such as Azure, AWS, OCI, or Google Cloud
- Ability to use Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to deliver automated cloud solutions
- Sophisticated Microsoft Office products experience creating and modifying technical architectural diagrams, processes, and workflows and the confidence to present them to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrable Azure DevOps or GitHub experience, including experience tracking and performing work via an Agile methodology in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Demonstrable ability to operate across a broad variety of technologies and tools found in the cloud including Cybersecurity, Identity, Monitoring, Networking, Cost Management, Storage, and Compute
- Preferred: Experience with technologies specific to Microsoft Azure including deploying and iterating cloud infrastructure as code
- Preferred: Terraform, Ansible, and ARM experience
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified - DevOps Engineer Expert - Required exams: AZ-400
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified -Azure Solutions Architect Expert - Required exams: AZ-305
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified - Cybersecurity Architect Expert - Required exams: SC-100
