Create recommendations for platform development or architecture / technology changes to meet business need & gain consensus from both business & IT on optimum paths to achieve. Where multiple possible paths exist, create risk/reward/value proposal for these different approaches & facilitate agreement on best approach. Lead business partners through problem identification, requirements building, process documentation, requirements modelling, consensus building. Working with IT DevOps to implement partner needs whilst balancing investment/return considerations and embracing agile incremental improvement & agile philosophy. Participate in user acceptance testing, training and documentation of new functionality & ensure that measures are in place to show the development work achieves business need Lead / own documentation process to define how business processes are achieved through Salesforce platform functionality Work with deployment teams to support creation of powerful user training, onboarding & learning paths Are you?
