What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Instructional Design
Location: Remote
Expected start date to end date: July 2023- December 2023
• Create (design and development) of learning assets
• Create courses and learning content using an array of eLearning and video development tools (including Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise)
• Write and edit storyboards, interactive scripts, and other learning documentation
• Create additional training materials including PowerPoint presentations, virtual and live instructor-led training sessions, participant/facilitator guides, and job aids
• Consult on projects and recommend design ideas; partner with sales enablement teams, subject matter experts, and trainers to establish content needs
• Partner with enablement teams to ensure a training needs analysis has been conducted to identify the knowledge, skills, and competencies required of learners for them to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively
• Apply an understanding of adult learning theories and methodologies
• Transform technical content into engaging and immersive learning experiences
• Ensure your content is clear, accurate, consistent, and free of spelling and grammatical errors
• Design visually appealing, modern, professional content that adheres to brand guidelines
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning
• Current enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in instructional design, education, educational technology, or related field with writing emphasis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is $39,520.00 -$ 45,760.00 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
