Education and Qualifications
Required As a minimum, Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering. Any Additional Requirements (Language skills, Computer Skills) CCNP Enterprise Infrastructure & CCNP Security is mandatory.
- RequirementsKnowledge on Cisco Call Manager is an added advantage.
- Solid background in network administration and architecture
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (Static, Default, Routing Protocols like BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
- Switching Technologies: VLAN, VTP, STP, Layer 2 Security; Stacking, ACL, SNMP, Logging, NTP, DHCP, DNS, AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting), RADIUS etc
- Redundancy Solution - Ether Channel, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP
- VPN technologies: IPSec VPN; SSL VPN; Site to Site VPN; MPLS IP VPN.
- Firewall: Routing, NAT, ACL, Firewall Rules, Failover, WAN Load Balancing, MFA, Active-Standby or Active-Active Failover.
- Storage Area Network: Brocade and Dell SAN Switches.
- Experience in Zero Trust Network Access, SD-WAN, SD-Access.
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds / PRTG Network Monitoring & Syslog tools).
- Quality of Service (QOS) – Traffic.
