Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives as per directive of Head of Marketing & Head of E-Commerce
- Conducting market research to identify target audiences and their behavior, preferences, and needs in order to optimize all digital marketing efforts
- Creating and executing SEO initiatives to improve website traffic and search engine rankings our e-commerce platform
- Developing and managing social media paid campaigns across various platforms such as, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok etc., to push new customers to app/website and to generate more interest and engagement amongst existing customers.
- Creating and managing email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for the e-commerce platform.
- Developing and managing paid advertising campaigns across search engines, and other relevant platforms to drive sales
- Analyzing and reporting on the performance of campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize them for better results
- Collaborating with other teams such as online merchandizing team, online operations and the design team to achieve common goals
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and incorporating them into campaigns for the app / website.
- Developing the app customer experience by carrying out customer retention and acquisition activations, recommending updates and changes, developing packaging to support the overall brand experience
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Digital Marketing Experience
- Good communicator, English + Arabic preferred.
- Go-getter, self starter and passionate about digital marketing
- Tech-savy and always up to date
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month

- Al Shuwaikh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
