The Digital & Traditional Marketing Executive will develop and execute local marketing strategies for the company's markets in the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, India, and Poland to support the company's business goals.
They will also work with the global Marcomms team to support global engineering initiatives, find new opportunities, channels, and approaches to communicate the company's values and expertise, and develop a thought leadership content program by sector.
The candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues across regions and report on the impact of marketing activity to the Head of Marketing (engineering) and Dir Marcomms.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies for our engineering business in anglo-markets
- Maintain the UK / Ireland / ME web pages on the global website and key social media platforms developing a content strategy for each
- Develop project pages, case studies and best learnings content for our project delivery
- Work with the global Marcomms team to support global engineering initiatives
- Find and investigate new opportunities, channels, and approaches to communicate the company's values and expertise
- Develop a thought leadership content program by sector and the strategy to communicate this in the company's markets
- Collaborate in the development, delivery, and assessment of annual marketing plans
- Manage creative projects and report on the impact of marketing activities
- Maintain the UK / Ireland / ME web pages on the global website and key social media platforms
- Help build a brand reputation to win work with clients and secure desired projects in the UK, Ireland, Middle East
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for the company's thought leadership content across various media and channels
- Provide strategic direction for the creation of thought leadership content and develop messaging frameworks
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital or another related discipline and at least 3-5 years experience
- Strong graphic design and video skills
- Excellent writing skills in English and ability to grasp highly technical content
- Good understanding of marketing, PR, social media, and internal communications
- Digital native with knowledge of SEO, content campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, landing pages, and WordPress (CMS), powerpoint and case studies
- Background in professional services preferred, particularly in engineering
- Knowledge of strategic and tactical business development practices, as well as strong business and commercial acumen
- Sound market research and analytics knowledge
- Effective stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leaders
- Exposure to a multinational, cross-functional, and matrixed work environment and team player
- Confident, self-motivated, proactive, and with a proven ability to prioritize and respond to multiple deadlines under pressure
