1. JOB PURPOSE:
To coordinate the
entire process of data analysis related to trainings and permits function.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The training data
analyst role will perform the below duties in the training and permits section.
Manage the
database for trainings and permits data.
Ensure the data
governance laws and policies are implemented and proper compliance is
practiced.
Main coordinator
for any data set request from inside or outside the department for sharing the
data.
Conduct the
necessary data analysis to provide insights and valuable information for the
higher management for decision making.
Implement the data
visualization techniques for dashboards.
Track trends and
developments in assigned functional areas.
Conduct studies,
perform research and prepare reports.
Review, interpret
and recommend policy, process or program improvements.
Participate in
working groups, councils and committees.
Ensure compliance
with rules and regulations.
Manage special
projects.
Train employees on
various topics.
Requirements
Bachelor from a
recognized University.
Minimum 3 years of
relevant experience in a large and active service organization.
Highly analytical
thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and
streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate
performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of
applications.
Flexible team
player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize
