Position Statement
To support the EMEA Total Rewards team to ensure the development and implementation of a total reward strategy that assists in the achievement of the organization’s strategic business priorities. The role will support both our corporate and hotel population, in over 60 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
What will I be doing?
The role will support in all areas of Compensation and Benefits, including Retirement, across EMEA by analysing data, understanding and supporting internal benefit policies, researching the external market, co-ordinating projects and improving communications across the region. The role requires strong analytical and excel skills. Examples of the activities included in the role are:
- Support the team in collating, validating and analysing key HR workforce data to provide insights to the business and assist in decision making
- Maintain our HR workforce data dashboard tool, lead on periodic reporting of key HR metrics for leadership and other internal stakeholders, and support HR teams on data queries
- Provide hands-on support and coordinate activities in relation to HR projects, engaging with key internal/external stakeholders as needed (regional/global HR teams, legal, finance, expat mobility, external consultants)
- Support the team on the design and analysis of compensation and benefit plans, modelling different scenarios and making recommendations on improvements as well as assisting in the development of plan documentation to ensure proper governance and positive team member (employee) experience
- Create and maintain management reports to monitor the utilisation of our benefit plans, analysing data for trends, and develop metrics to ensure our provisions remain effective and valued
- Direct or dotted line management responsibility for Compensation & Benefit Interns.

- Ability to take initiative, work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple concurrent demands and appropriately prioritise responsibilities with minimal supervision
- High degree of autonomy and attention to detail.
Experience/Qualifications
Required
- Strong experience within an analytical field
- Excel knowledge
- Experience using MS Power BI
- Comfortable using MS Word / PowerPoint / Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Experience within Compensation and Benefits/HR • Familiarity with HR Systems such as Oracle and PeopleSoft • Industry experience and/or strong interest in the hospitality sector
