Opportunity:
Louvre Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint a ‘Digital Marketing Officer’ to join Development Marketing & Communications team. The role holder will be responsible for executing Louvre Abu Dhabi’s social media projects and activations and provides key support in running and managing Louvre Abu Dhabi’s social media community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Louvre Abu Dhabi’s content (exhibitions, campaigns, museum’s activities, events, products, offerings, and messages etc) across social media channels in multiple languages.
- Maintain effective communication, reach and engagement with the target audience across social media channels, both regionally and worldwide
- Implement social media tactics, policies and guidelines to ensure the optimal use of social media
- Execute social media projects and activations as per project proposals, assisting in the assessment of funding parameters and resource allocation
- Assist in managing the external social media management supplier’s i.e. agencies, production houses, digital suppliers, etc.
- Ensure that the social media KPIs, performance, goals are accomplished and reported, as planned
- Support the Digital Marketing team to develop and implement the unit's social media relevant strategies, goals, methods, tactics, policies, guidelines, KPIs frameworks, procedures, processes and creates resources plans as and when needed
- Create and deliver interesting and innovative content to engage audiences across social media platforms with the external social media management suppliers / content creators
- Provide briefings and coordinates with any external social media management suppliers / content creators for social media, community management, moderation, posting, influencers management and approvals
- Create an influencer strategy and is the key point of contact for the museum with influencers
- Work with external companies, including production houses, for filming related to social media at the museum, obtaining appropriate permits and approvals and ensuring all final products are in line with the brand
- Recommend new social media opportunities / trends through research and benchmarking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics or related disciplines
- Experience as Digital or Social Marketing Analyst in a museum or museum related institute
- Strong Knowledge of Communication Channels
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Position is only open to UAE National (with family book) and must be fluent in English and Arabic
