Looking for Digital Marketing Manager who can manage the following functions :
- Design and implement social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends.
- Plans and monitors the ongoing company presence on social media including Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
- Social media management - Overall responsibility for social media channels including content creation and identification of new opportunities for engagement and one to one interaction.
- Create standalone social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Keep all social media channels updated regularly with relevant and targeted content.
- Conducting advertising campaigns in Google AdWords and other PPC channels.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Create, review, edit and update content for websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
- Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos etc.
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms.
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs.
- Prepare reports using internal data and Google Analytics to assess performance.
- Measures performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytical tools for web and apps.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and latest trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Requirements :
- Minimum 10 years of proven working experience in the same field and at least 2 years in supervisory role. UAE Experience is required.
- Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively on a fast-paced team.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
- Education : Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Diploma / Certifications in Digital Marketing
