The position will be based in Abu Dhabi and report to the HR Director. Summary The HR Data Analyst will lead the HR efforts in using data and analytics to drive people-related decision making and strategy. The role will require a hands-on approach with a strategic lens. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting employee data to identify trends and insights, and for communicating these insights to stakeholders within HR and across the organization. As Fertiglobe engages into an IT transformation journey through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, the candidate will work closely with various HR and IT stakeholders to support and evolve the HR data strategy from its very beginning, with the main aim to eventually focus on applying analytics to drive decision-making. Responsibilities -Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines. Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and security. -Developing a People Data Governance model that supports our drive for consistent, simple and robust data quality. -Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand their reporting vision and translate into actionable metrics and insight. -Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics. -Oversee and develop a suite of monthly HR reports and metrics used by various stakeholders including HR, Finance, ESG. -Manage and analyze data to generate meaningful business insights to strategic workforce planning and talent analytics to drive real business results and value. -Communicate insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders, in a clear and compelling way. -Working closely with IT to influence and shape SAP SF data requirements systems and structures. -Drive continuous improvement of data analytics, to provide accurate business insight, enabling informed decision making. -Develop and provide training to HR teams on extracting HR data and reports from HR system and analyzing the data to produce insightful metrics. Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field of study or equivalent work experience. -3+ years of relevant experience with data/statistical analysis. -Strong analytical skills and ability to bring structure to complex data sets. -Strong business acumen. -Strong verbal and written communication with natural relationship building skills with internal/external partners and senior staff. -Detail-oriented and creative problem-solving skills. -Solid experience with reporting solutions and data visualization tools (e.g Tableau /Power BI). -Master in MS Excel, PowerPoint. -Knowledge of HR best practices, HR processes. -Experience in working with and managing HRIS datasets (ideally SAP Success Factors). -Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working on own initiative with limited supervision.
