Hiring Digital Marketing Manager to work with India's leading sports brand at Dubai
Functions and Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for development, management and optimization of all paid media programs such as paid search, programmatic, native advertising, and paid social campaigns
· Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts
· Provide execution-based PPC recommendations
· Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of all PPC activities
· Manage moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of business verticals
· Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and develop keyword lists
· Leverage insights from analytics platform to make changes to paid search campaigns
· Generate Weekly and Monthly client reporting
· Oversee relationships with digital vendors
· Provide insights and recommendations on efficient campaign management and reporting tools
· Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, display network and other areas of paid search to meet client goal.
· Assist in the development of effective ad copy, content and guide creative on ideal assets
· Be responsible for setting goals/targets for team per client
· Management:
o Manage tactical PPC initiatives for the client’s business; maintain a focus that deliverables and plans are in line with client’s long-term goals
o Manage team resources and assigns responsibilities / initiatives to team members
o Work with members of the team to develop recommendations and tactical plans to increase ROI
o Ensure team delivers on assignments and team goals research
o Stay current on changes and best practices in PPC
o Take initiatives regarding social content development, blog writing, group learning, etc.
o Continually look for ways to increase the group’s efficiency
Pay per Click, Creating Campaigns in Google ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook marketing, Keyword Research, Negative Keyword Research, Writing Ad copy/description, Basic knowledge of MS EXCEL.
Should have experience in Google AdWords (Search & GDN) campaign management, Google Editor expertise, Bing Ads campaign management, Remarketing campaign management, Product Listing Ads campaign management, Lead generation campaign management, Google Analytics data analysis and report, Paid social ads (Facebook and Instagram). Must have experience in Google/ Bing Ads and Facebook ads campaign management with good communication skills.
Qualifications
The experience required for this position is 5+ years of agency specific experience with a concentration on paid media strategy, execution and reporting.
