Product Manager – Managed Security Services

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Lead cross-functional teams for new product evaluation, service design, and product launch.
  2. Design Implement and track Go-To-Market strategy for product/offerings owned
  3. Drive enablement for Sales, Pre-sales and Post-Sales functions within organization
  4. Drive strategic initiatives focus for growth of region-based product/service lines with cross-functional stakeholders
  5. Create business reports for Strategic and Tactical stakeholders
  6. Support teams during pre-sales phase in terms of positioning product/service effectively
  7. Support Project management/delivery/onboarding teams in ironing out issues for smoother customer onboarding
  8. Support operations team during BAU for any major issues
  9. Work with technical pre-sales, commercial, finance, contract and other teams to  ensure a winning proposal for customer
Professional Qualifications and Required Experience
  1. Experience of leading product management for one or more domains with requisite products/services defined under the domain(s)
  2. Should      have 5 or more years of IT experience with at least 2 years of product management experience on Security Operations (Threat Management), Network security, Identity Security, Data Security, cloud security and/or Application security.
  3. Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) process for security products
  4. Hands-on experience of creating and maintaining product documentation like collaterals, price-books, marketing content, battle-cards
  5. Expertise in designing process and benchmarks for proposals, commercial models, implementation projects, transition projects and BAU operations
  6. Basic knowledge of cloud technologies/platforms
  7. In-depth understanding of customer issues, industry vertical pitch creation, identification of industry specific use-cases, management reporting
  8. Must be able to conduct secondary market analysis, product portfolio growth plans, track revenue-cost metrics and have strong problem solving skills
