Job Title:  Sales Executive
Job Purpose: Improving business by developing new clients for growth of Revenue, GM and developing trust with existing customers.
Job Responsibilities:
1. On-boarding new clients - Cold calling to generate leads, sales visits to introduce the company and secure business
2. Get new inputs from market about how market is moving in terms of rates, process of transporters, government and competition.
3. Quoting or filing rates based on file rates, freight - Seek offers from transporters (sea, air, road) from operations team and then sent quote to prospective client and follow-up
4. Ensuring the accuracy and completion the documentation with the client (Credit form, T&C of Proconnect).
5. Internal documentation (Credit recommendation form submitted to credit team) to safeguard the company from undue risk
6. Arrange & accompany credit visit for credit team
7. Raise invoice on client in coordination with operations team
8. Send daily sales visit report to DGM
9. Call existing customers and follow up on enquiries
10. Share feedback to operations team about the expected rates for acquiring a client and coordinate for smooth execution
